The book is very nice, I think about it s content enough has been said But why in god s name did you feel like to re invent book spines in a completely dysfunctional way You know that round spines were designed half a millennium ago so one can actually open them I can t open the book in the middle without tearing the binding from the case, because, there is no room to bend And with such a huge book, that would have been really helpful. Lots of good bits, but a little superficial, IMHO Yes, it s good to know that it s ok to not be ok, but I feel like there s a bit of British stiff upper lip about it, in that it s ok to not be ok, but make the most of it.As someone who has battled mental health for over 20 years, there were some good points about this, but it was fairly light superficial at times.
